What is the Speakers Bureau?
The Speakers Bureau is a bridge between Toastmasters clubs and the broader community. It’s designed to help experienced Toastmasters share their voice, deliver value to local organizations, and prepare for professional speaking opportunities.
We connect speakers with real-world opportunities to inspire, educate, and make an impact—all while promoting Toastmasters and growing your personal brand.

To connect our members with speaking engagements that add value to the community, promote Toastmasters, and accelerate each speaker’s personal and professional development.

Membership Levels
We support speakers at all stages:
- Level 1: Developing through the Toastmasters Pathways program
- Level 2: Crafting keynote speeches and gaining community experience
- Level 3: Seasoned keynote speakers focused on growth, marketing, and monetization
Qualification Process
To qualify, you must:
- Be an active, paid member of a Toastmasters club in District 17
- Have completed Level 4 in any Pathways path
- Have a strong desire to speak outside your club
- Be able to deliver a 20–30 minute presentation (organizations may request longer talks or specific topics)
- Present a 10–15 minute audition speech evaluated by a panel of experienced Toastmasters to ensure readiness and community impact
Next Steps After Acceptance
Approved members must provide:
- A professional headshot
- A concise biography
- 5–8 speaking topics or areas of expertise
- Signature speech title(s) and audience takeaways
- List of any additional roles (e.g., MC, breakout session leader, meeting facilitator)
Speaking Engagements
Engagements arranged through the Speakers Bureau are complimentary community services. However, you may arrange future paid engagements independently with the same organization.
